Hi Experts !

How will the escalation flow when the line manager has multiple assignments with different manager. Escalation will be send to manager associated with primary assignment or will it be send to all the managers ?

Eg: Employee submits a absence request -> request goes to Line Manger . The line manger has two active assignments (A1 & A2)with two different managers(M1 & M2). A1 is the primary assignment associated with manager M1 and A2 is another active assignment associated with manager M2.

1. Now as per our escalation rule, after 5 days if line manager who is the assignee does not approves the request, it should get escalated to assignee's manager. So, in this will the escalation go to both M1 & M2 managers or only to the primary assignment's manager i.e M1?
