Incorrect Enrollment Start Date in Absence Records during multiple global transfers

Hi,

I am new to the Absence module and need the following clarification.

For example, I performed a global transfer for an existing employee with the effective date as the pay begin date (11/5/2023). There is only one PTO accrual plan in our client system. So, the new assignment E123-2 (global transfer) got enrolled in the same PTO accrual plan with an enrollment start date of 11/5/2023 under Absence Records/Plan Participation.

Now, I realized that I gave an incorrect department and legal employer combination for the global transfer. So, I performed another global transfer (E123-3) with the effective date of 11/6/2023 and successfully completed it from the Local and Global Transfer page.
