Contact e-mail visible even if there are more than one users with the same AOR

Hello everyone, 

we would like to ask you about the configuration on the journeys initiator: at the moment we have two people who have the same AOR but the desired name does not appear in the contacts for the task. We did a test by trying to remove an AOR from the user we were not interested in and it was successful by correctly displaying the name in the task contacts. Would there be any way to make the contact e-mail appear anyway even if there are more than one users with the same Area Of responsability?
