Can we able to Transfer Workforce Compensation Data to HR by dividing data by countries in 2 runs?

Can we able to Transfer Workforce Compensation Data to HR by dividing data based on countries or by salary basis or by Salary Element details in 2 runs? OR by excluding some countries?

Our requirement is to transfer data to HR only for some countries which are not having salary components in their salary basis. Need to exclude countries which are having salary components in their salary basis.

Any suggestion will be appreciated !!
