Need to edit the repeating time period in an accural plan

Summary:

Hi!!

Does anyone know is there a way to edit the repeating time period selected in an accrual plan? Currently the repeating time period attached to the plan is quarterly and I want to change it to monthly. But the field looks non-editable. Will I have to create a new absence plan?
