Patch 23D Issue- Unable to hide "Absence Bid" from Time and Absences UI

Summary:

Patch 23 D has introduced a new action "Absence Bid" under Me-> Absences-> Time and Absences UI . Per Oracle's note setting "N" to this profile "ORA_ANC_VACATION_BIDDING_ENABLED" will disable this action from the UI. When I checked in the application by default the profile was set to "N' but I refreshed it by doing "Y" and then "N". Still "Absence Bid" is enabled at Time and Absence UI.

Any thoughts on how can it be disabled?
