Issue in goals approval template

Hi Team,

Whatever the fields edited or updated by the employees will be showing in the Manager login bell-icon notification approval template page. This is the current functionality in the system.

But, If an employee is entering into his goal and editing one field alone means, then all the fields of that corresponding goals should get populated in the manager login bell-icon notification goals approval template page. Is this feasible?

Is that feasible to change or modify the delivered workflow notifications 'PerformanceGoalRespApprovalNotificationHelperReport' with the above logic?
