Employee is getting error while adding goals

Hi Team,

Few of our employees are facing below error when trying to add goals:

Issue is only with 3 employee and all others are able to add and complete it successfully.

I have checked if they are able to add the profiles like Languages and yes its getting added successfully but still this issue is not getting resolved.

I have an open SR as well but did not get any resolution yet.

If anyone has faced similar issue and know how to resolved it, please help.
