No Notification after run Check-In Tempalte request

Summary:

Notification is not being sent after running the check-in template from administrator

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have created check-in template and then we assigned to an employee through Request "Manage Eligibility Batch Process". However, after completion this request neither employee nor manager got any notification regarding this.

is there any way to notify to both or any manager regarding this.
