I am unable to see all rating at Calibiration Screen(compensation)

We have configured Perfomrance Tempalte where we have three rating, Employee, Manager and System Calcualted. Now after completion the cycle we have called this template in Calibiration(Compensation) but only appearing system calculated rating.

How can we fetche the manager rating and which onc will be repalced through CAlibiration ?
