Multiple Assignments - FYI for Completion of Development Goal not going to correct assignment manager.

We have a client with multiple assignments and the FYI for Dev Goal Completion is going to the line manager of Assignment #1, not assignment #5. Checked auditing BPEL and the GoalNotificationFyi is looking up the line manager in assignment #5. So it's strange that the email FYI went to the line manager of assignment #1.

Does anyone have the CC links to the Payload Attributes incase the rule needs to be updated to point to correct assignment manager.
