how to load Absence Plans and Absence Types using HDL?

Summary:

Hi Team,

I have requirement to create same absence plan and type for 50+ LDGs.

I know how to migrate setup from lower to higher environment using FSM. But for that too we need to create Absence Plan and Type manually for 50+ LDGs in lower environment.

1. Can we create Absence Plans and Absence Types using HDL or any other method?
