We have a requirement where if a person is added as a matrix manager for XYZ employee then the Matrix Manager (newly added) should receive a FYI Notification that He/She has been added as a Matrix Manager for XYZ Employee. We tried to trigger FYI (information only) via management hierarchy route using matrix manager, but this is not working as expected.


Please suggest the resolution or work around for the above requirement.
