can we restric in peroformance managment only to be shown completed Goal only

We have created goal in Goal Managmnet and approved by Manager as well. some of the goal are in In-progress, No-Started or Completed.

so only those goal to be transfered into perfomrance managment which are only compelted.

is there any option available to do this.
