How to update the Assignment Status picklist options in the Talent Review Meeting?

Has anyone updated the Assignment Status picklist that feeds into the Talent Review Meeting? Under Assignment Status, there are only two options: Active and Suspended. I need to understand how Oracle defines these options, and I want to update the list to include all our statuses.
