We have a requiremnt where if the employee doesn't schedule PTO, he/she will be given points. For example- 10 points if the employee doesn't show up for the scheduled shift. 2 points for being absent without approval at least one day in advance. 1 point if absent for second consecutive day with the same reason etc. These points will accumulate and result in disciplinary action.

Has anyone ever implemented any solution for this?
