Talent Review ratings not updated in talent profile

Summary:

We have recently conducted a range of talent review meetings, however the talent profile ratings have not been updated for all workers.

The rating model is the same for these sections. We have found that in some cases some of the employees have partial data filled ie potential rating but not for all.

Please advise why this might be occurring.
