Hi All,

We have customized the absence workflow notification to add person number to the content. We were able to use this in our lower instances during testing and it was working fine.

But we are facing issues in our production instance where the custom notification is not getting reflected.

We have updated Manage Administrator Profile Values and set the following profile options as below as per the search we did on support sites.

  • BIP_CLIENT_REFRESH_TIME ==> set it to 15
  • BIP_CLIENT_REFRESH_TIME_HCM ==> set it to
