unable to create performance document after deleting it
Hi,
I mass created performance documents for all employees. But then realized that I forgot to set the eligibility profile for each document template. So I cancelled all the performance document and then deleted them using Process mass actions for performance documents.
After adjusting the eligibility profiles, I came back to recreate the performance documents, but I'm unable to do so. The process is succeeding but the documents are not created.
Can someone advise please.
