Call an OIC integration from Approve timecard button

Summary:

We have a requirement to calculate custom hourly salary rate and load it to the project the person is assigned to. For that purpose we have to trigger an OIC integration when a Approver approves a timecard entry.

Can we call an OIC integration from the Approve button of below screenshot?
