We need associate to also apply absence only on Public Holiday not on another non-working day.

We need associate to also apply absence only on Public Holiday not on another nonworking day. How can we achieve this?

We enabled below options at the Absence Type Level:

1.Advanced Absence Entry

2.Schedule nonworking days

3.Override daily duration

Above setup allows associates to apply and change duration of any non-schedule working days. We want to allow associates to only apply absence during Public Holiday (not on nonworking days) and calculates duration according to their work schedules.
