Due dates for share performance document phase

Hi community,

The different phases of the performace process flow include several steps that can be reproduced by workers and managers too.

Ex: share performance document, set goals.

However, when I have to set the due date, I can set it only for one phase.

For exemple, this process flow include the phase "share performance document" for workers and managers too, but as you can see from the screenshot attached I can set the due date only for one Share perfromance document phase while I need two differente due dates for workers an managers.
