What happens if the deadline for a feedback request is exceeded?

Hi everyone,

when an employee from the section: Me > Career and Performance > Feedback requests feedback from their manager by entering a deadline and the feedback is not provided within the established deadline, what happens? Can the manager always provide feedback or not?
