Void Absence certifications affecting multiple absences entries of same absence type

Summary:

Created Absence certification to trigger from entitlement formula initially to stop payments for the complete absence period.

There are two/multiple absence entries of the same absence type of different periods.

If the absence certification is void for one absence entry, the system is voiding the same absence certification for another absence entry (since both absence entries are of same absence type and have same certification in action items).

The ask is that if the absence certification is voided for one absence entry , then the system should not affect the same absence certification of another absence entry. How to achieve this. Please advise.
