Checklist Task behavior in Transaction Console

Summary:

I would like to confirm the expected behavior of the checklist task in the Transaction Console.

Termination is approved.

Checklist Action Occurrence is created no action is needed, and the status changes to complete.

Then Checklist Task is created - this requires action, console keeps the status In Progress (highlighted in yellow).

Then performer completes the task, in transaction console creates a record indicating the task was updated, and the status is complete (first row).

My question is regarding the task highlighted. Why is it showing In Progress even after the task was completed on 12/04? Also, for some reason, this transaction changed to status completed on 12/10, 6 days later. How? Is there a process that fixes it?
