Manager with multiple assignments viewing My Team

We have managers with multiple assignments where each assignment has subordinate team members assigned. How can a manager view his/her entire team (all of the subordinate team members across all assignments) in My Team? Alternatively, is there a way for this manager to view each of their assignments in My Team individually? Currently, when a multiple assignment manager goes to My Team, they only see the subordinate team members assigned to their primary assignment.
