Is there any way to change the "Questionnaire" to customize it for a particular performance document

We have created a questionnaire which is attached as a section to several performance documents. The client requires the "Questionnaire" to appear as "Training Needs Questionnaire". Is there any way to acheive this through page composer or any other way? tried to edit though page composer but it is not editable or it reflects across all performance documents.


Any quick response would be helpful, Thank you! Attaching a screenshot of the page in which the "Questionnaire" is to be renamed.
