Evaluate absence for bulk employees

Hi Experts,

We have uploaded holiday calendar events. By that time employees already submitted absence for the holidays dates.

The absences were already approved.

Currently evaluate absence schedule process can be ran for single employee at a time.

Could you please suggest the best option to achieve evaluate absence for bulk employees.
