How to send performance document approved notification to employee when approval is completed?

We need to send an FYI notification to only employee individually as and when their performance document submitted by manager completes the approvals through aproval rules.

Cuurently approval workflow FYI set after approvals to application role (employee) is getting triggered to all employees. We need the notification to go to employees individually once the performance document apporval is completd for him/her. Is there any way to achieve this?
