Auto Approval of Request Eligibility Change

Summary:

Using BPM Worklist, we have configured the Request Eligibility Change approval request to be automatically approved. On the worksheet, this is working as expected in our Merit plan; but in the Bonus plan, it still indicates that the eligibility change is pending.

Does anyone have any idea why the approval rule is not behaving the same across all plans? Should we be checking anything in our plan setup? Did we miss anything in the approval rule configuration?
