absence hours over holiday

Summary:

We noticed that the holiday is prefiling when an absence ranges is submitted that includes a holiday. We are not sure when this started. Previously the holiday would fill in as zero but now it is filling in with hours. Those hours are not calculated in the duration but when the employee goes to edit the absence they can see the 8 hours on the holiday. It seems like this just started and was not happening before.
