Monthly accrual not happening for Mid Month hires
Summary:
HI Experts,
Currently we are using Monthly accrual plan for Earned Leave (SS).
This repeating period adds balance on the 1st day of the month.
Now we analyzed that, who joined after the 1st day of the month, new employees are not getting the accruals.
Eg – If Hire happen on after 1 st or 15 Jan etc., , the employees are not getting the accruals.
