My 2FA device is broken and i cant login to my account

My phone was damaged and I couldn't restore my 2FA app.

My account is a free account used at cloud.oracle.com

Where can I get a bypass code to access my OCI again?

i already tried with:

https://idcs-xxxxxxxxxx.identity.oraclecloud.com/ui/v1/myconsole?root=my-info&my-info=my_profile_security

but It not worked for me
