Please let us know if there is any other DBI other than HRG_GOAL_PLANS_REVIEW_PERIOD_ID,HRG_GOAL_PLAN_ASSIGNMENTS_REVIEW_PERIOD_ID,HRG_GOAL_PLANS_START_DATE) to fetch the review period start and end dates available in goal plan details which is to be displayed through the Fast formula of type (Participation and Rate Eligibility) mapped to eligibility profile in the goal plan.
