Payroll integration for Front Load Accrual Method

Summary:

Accrual method is front load and should be integrated with Fusion payroll. Please let me know if anyone come across below requirement.

Employee will get full balance (30 days) on JAN 1st itself and utilized all balance by June and terminated in June. As employee utilized all balance, so need to recover JUN to DEC absence balance from employee salary.  Please let me know how this can be achieved? or is it possible when we use Accrual Method as Front Load?
