How to track Negative balance reported by manager/admin beyond the limit

Summary:

Hi everyone,

We have an absence plan that employee can got negative in -40 hrs. and cant go beyond that. However, HR/Manager can report more than -40 hrs in negative. when this happens, system is capturing only -40 hrs in the plan balance even though the manager reported some -90 hrs of absence. How to track these negative hours that's beyond the set limit and reported by manager/HR?

Any suggestions? I found this been submitted as a Idea but looks like Oracle Archived this.
