How to add new performance check-in template with current review period

Summary:

We have a requirement to update content in check-in template , the functionality to not available yet.

However , i have created a new check in template for review period -FY 24. But we already have a in use check-in template for the same review period . Can someone please assist me ,how i can disassociate the old template and associate the new template with FY24 current review period.

I have run the batch process as well and added new check in template but no changes.

any help would be really appreciated.
