Facing this error in OTL "You have time entry exceptions View the entry details to see exception"

Hi All,

when employees are trying to fill the time cards getting this error "You have time entry exceptions. View the entry details to see the exception" and also when they try to request time change getting this error "You do not have permission to access this information"

Could anyone help on how to rectify this issue.
