Competency Description to appear in bullets/lists rather than combined in one line

We have a requirement to appear the Competencies Description in bullets/lists, In Item "" we have added the description as list, but in time the employees starting to select the Competencies from the drop down list, the description appears combined in one line.

Is there any way to appear the description points in list ?
