We are not using work schedules, which means that for part time employees, the system is unable to calculate bank holiday entitlement accurately. The biggest issue seems to be for those who start part way through a year and those who work full time but a non standard pattern.

We understand a fast formula can accommodate the majority of employees but the above few are causing issues. Has anyone else found a workaround for this?
