check in section not visible to employee and manager

Summary:

Hello Experts,

We have created check-in template (attached eligibility profile). Ran Eligibility batch process -> assign check-in template. Process was successful but employees and manager are unable to see check-in section in (Me -> career and Performance -> Performance Page).

When we tried to create check-in to individual employee (Performance Eligibility -> check in template eligibility) , employee is able to see check in section and add check in document for himself.

Mass process is not working.

Employee and Line Manager has "Manage Check-in Document Privilege"
