How to cancel a P2T refresh

We put in a request for a P2T refresh for 15 January and we no longer need this. I updated the SR on 2 Jan and 8 Jan to request cancellation but there's been no response and I'm concerned that this won't get picked up and we'll end up having the refresh go ahead. There doesn't seem to be anyway to contact anyone to escalate this to stop it happening. Any suggestions?
I also couldn't find an appropriate forum to add this question as there doesn't seem to be a general sys maintenance area for Oracle Cloud as a whole
