Fast formula to recognize visa status

Hello,

We have a need for a FF that will recognize if an employee is using a certain visa, and if so, skip the waiting period for Medical Plan coverage. Per law, all employees using a J-Visa need to have medical insurance starting on their hiring date. At present, coverage for employees will being on, the 15th for those hired in the first half of a month, and the 1st for those hired in the second half of the prior month.

The system does not allow for eligibility profile creation based on visas. So how would we create logic that can identify employees here on a specific visa type, and then immediately begin their medical plan coverage?
