Error on loading Calendar Event spread sheet

Summary:

We have created a custom role from our client. When he starts loading Calendar event "Manage Spread Sheet" then error pops up on spread sheet as below

"You are not authorized to use this worksheet for interacting with the web application. (ADFDI-05589)"

I am assuming that this is a role/ privilege issue since our administrator has following standard roles attached and when admin loads the spread sheet it works perfectly without any error.

ORA_HRC_HUMAN_CAPITAL_MANAGEMENT_APPLICATION_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB

ORA_HRC_HUMAN_CAPITAL_MANAGEMENT_INTEGRATION_SPECIALIST_JOB

ORA_PER_HUMAN_RESOURCE_SPECIALIST_JOB

Any idea which role/ privilege needs to be assigned to load spread sheet for calendar event and for work schedule assignment administration too.
