I want to create report of "own defined skills" of a particular employee for all areas ?

I want to create the report of "own defined skills" of a particular employee, though the skill is added from talent profile or goal's target outcome or career development. I tried to pull the skill details from the table hrt_profile_items and hrt_profiles_b but I was only getting the skills which is added only for talent profile because profile_id is different for the skills which is for goals and for talent profiles. Please help me to built the single query to get all the skills(added from talent profile or goal's target outcome or career development) for a particular employee.
