If we want to restrict the schedule process - "Generate Time Cards" in fusion OTL only for reportees

We have a supervisor (Named A) who wants to schedule a process called 'Generate Time Card' and wants to make sure that this process is running only for his reportees, How can we achieve this ? is it possible even ?
