Change the layout of a notification with different colors and logo of the client

Summary: I am trying to change the layout of a customized notification using Oracle BI Publisher, but when I tried to add the logo of the company and the colors and disposition of the elements of the notification, the changes are not refleted in the system notifications.

Does anyone knows if it is possible to change the templates or subtemplates of the notification and make that type of layout changes?
