Has anyone created an OM extension to set Expected Receipt Date when creating an RMA?

Has anyone created an OM extension to set Expected Receipt Date to exclude weekends or National Holidays when creating an RMA?

For Example, today is Monday 22nd Jan and the 'user' enters a Expected Receipt Date of Saturday 27th Jan in error. Is it possible to create groovy code to check if the day is Saturday (or Sunday for that matter) then set the expected receipt date to Monday 29th Jan?

Also can National Holidays be considered somehow if defined in the extension?
