Unable to view prior timecards

Summary:

We are unable to view timecards that are older than 90 days. The view summary icon is greyed out. I went to the Worker Time Entry Profile and Line Manager view only status and Time and Labor Manager view only status to 360 days after. Is there a process I need to run or what am I missing?
