Unpaid plan absence

I need your help is there any workaround to show an absence plan configuration:

-Calendar days

-Anniversary year

-front loaded

-Yearly

I need when an employee apply for an absence type "Unpaid leave" from 1/23/24-1/25/24

Suppose to deduct from balance which is 10 days so it will be 8 days for a front-loaded plan it shows the remining at the end of the year only
